    Asus has announced its pro gaming series motherboards in India. The lineup includes H170 Pro Gaming and B150 Pro Gaming D3 ATX motherboards at a price of Rs 11,455 and Rs 9,600 respectively.
    Both the motherboards are based on Intel’s ATX (Advanced Technology eXtended) motherboard configuration featuring LGA1151 socket for Intel’s latest Skylake processors. The new pro series motherboards support SupremeFX for flawless audio and Sonic Radar II that helps scan and detect enemies.

    Moto 360 smartwatch comes in a men’s and women’s size version.

    Motorola says the Moto 360 can be customised in the Moto Maker design studio and customers can choose from additional bezels, colours, materials.
    The screen has Gorilla Glass 3 and a resolution of 263ppi (360 X 325) for the 42 mm version. The men’s 46 mm version has a screen resolution of 233ppi (360 X 330)

    Samsung has launched the Galaxy Tab S2, the world’s slimmest tablet, in India for a price of Rs 39, 400.
    The Galaxy Tab S2 is a 4G tablet with a 9.7-inch QXGA (2048×1536) Super AMOLED display. The Galaxy Tab S2 has a metal frame and is just 5.6mm thick and weighs only 392gm.  Galaxy Tab S2’s screen has an Adaptive Display which adjusts the display quality based on the environment and ambient lighting.
    Samsung’s new tablet comes with built-in touch-enabled Fingerprint Scanner as well.

    Xiaomi is venturing into laptops, and wants to take on Apple, Lenovo.
    Xiaomi is working on launching its own laptops by the beginning of 2016, and has held talks with Samsung for the supply of memory chips, says a report in Bloomberg.
    The Bloomberg report quotes people who are aware of Xiaomi’s plans and says that the start-up aims to compete with premium laptops like Apple’s MacBook Air and Lenovo’s ThinkPad.
    Xiaomi, which is the world’s most valued start-up, was number 4 in the worldwide smartphone market share, according to IDC’s data.

    Google today broke down the wall between Android smart watches and iPhones, taking on Apple Watch on its home turf.
    A version of Android Wear smart watch software tailored for Apple’s mobile operating system made its debut, paired for now only with LG Watch Urbane, according to a Google blog post. “Today, Android Wear for iOS works with the LG Watch Urbane,” Google said.
